Chào mừng bạn đến với Veanix AI (thuộc sở hữu và vận hành bởi Veanix AI). Chúng tôi cam kết tôn trọng và bảo vệ quyền riêng tư cá nhân của người dùng kính thông minh Veanix (A01, A02, V-Series) cũng như ứng dụng đồng hành Veanix Companion trên nền tảng iOS và Android.

Chính sách này giải thích minh bạch cách thức chúng tôi thu thập, xử lý, bảo vệ và quản lý thông tin khi bạn truy cập trang web veanix-ai.com, sử dụng phần cứng kính thông minh và trải nghiệm hệ sinh thái giải trí Veanix World.

02. Dữ Liệu Chúng Tôi Thu Thập

Chúng tôi chỉ thu thập dữ liệu tối thiểu cần thiết để vận hành và nâng cao trải nghiệm thiết bị AI đeo mắt của bạn:

• Thông tin tài khoản: Họ tên, email, số điện thoại (khi bạn đăng ký tài khoản, đặt mua sản phẩm hoặc yêu cầu bảo hành).
• Dữ liệu cảm biến & phần cứng kính: Trạng thái kết nối Bluetooth 5.3/Wi-Fi, dung lượng pin, nhiệt độ thiết bị, phản hồi cử chỉ chạm vuốt gọng kính (để điều khiển tác vụ).
• Dữ liệu giọng nói (Voice Prompts): Khi bạn kích hoạt trợ lý ảo hoặc ra lệnh giọng nói, đoạn âm thanh ngắn được mã hóa truyền tới mô hình ngôn ngữ lớn để tạo phản hồi tức thì.
• Dữ liệu hình ảnh (Camera Sony 8MP): Hình ảnh và video bạn chụp chỉ được lưu trữ trực tiếp trên bộ nhớ cục bộ của kính hoặc tải về điện thoại của bạn qua kết nối Wi-Fi ngang hàng (P2P). Chúng tôi không tự động tải ảnh/video của bạn lên bất kỳ máy chủ đám mây công cộng nào.
• Dữ liệu chơi game & giải trí: Điểm số, cấp độ trong các trò chơi mini game (như Xếp Hình, 2048, Trivia) để xếp hạng bảng thành tích cá nhân rảnh tay.

03. Mục Đích Sử Dụng Dữ Liệu

Mọi thông tin được xử lý nhằm các mục đích hợp pháp sau:

• Kích hoạt và cung cấp dịch vụ trợ lý AI tiếng Việt, dịch thuật thời gian thực 20+ ngôn ngữ.
• Quản lý đơn hàng, giao nhận sản phẩm toàn quốc và thực thi chính sách bảo hành 12 tháng, 1 đổi 1 trong 7 ngày.
• Đồng bộ âm thanh không gian 3D, danh sách phát sách nói AI và trò chơi tương tác trên app Veanix.
• Cập nhật firmware OTA (Over-The-Air) tăng cường độ ổn định và bảo mật cho kính thông minh.

04. Quyền Riêng Tư Đặc Thù Của Thiết Bị Đeo (Camera & Micro)

Micro kép ENC chống ồn chỉ kích hoạt khi người dùng chạm mở hoặc phát lệnh kích hoạt. Thiết bị không ghi âm liên tục ngầm nếu không có sự chủ động của người dùng.

05. Cam Kết Không Chia Sẻ / Bán Dữ Liệu

Veanix AI không bao giờ bán, cho thuê hoặc thương mại hóa dữ liệu cá nhân của người dùng cho bất kỳ mạng lưới quảng cáo của bên thứ ba nào.

Thông tin chỉ được chia sẻ trong phạm vi cần thiết với:

• Đơn vị vận chuyển đối tác (để giao kính tới địa chỉ của bạn).
• Nhà cung cấp hạ tầng đám mây mã hóa (như Cloudflare, AWS) để xử lý các truy vấn AI với tiêu chuẩn bảo mật cao nhất.

06. Lưu Trữ & Tiêu Chuẩn Mã Hóa Bảo Mật

Toàn bộ dữ liệu truyền tải giữa kính Veanix, ứng dụng di động và máy chủ API đều được mã hóa bằng giao thức TLS 1.3 / HTTPS với mã hóa nâng cao AES-256.

Các bản tóm tắt giọng nói AI chỉ được lưu trữ tạm thời trong phiên làm việc và người dùng có thể xóa toàn bộ lịch sử trò chuyện bất kỳ lúc nào chỉ bằng một lần chạm trong ứng dụng.

07. Quyền Kiểm Soát & Quyền Xóa Dữ Liệu Của Bạn

Người dùng luôn nắm toàn quyền sở hữu đối với dữ liệu của mình:

• Quyền xem & xuất dữ liệu: Bạn có thể xem toàn bộ lịch sử đơn hàng, thiết bị đã ghép nối và dữ liệu giải trí trong phần Cài đặt ứng dụng.
• Quyền xóa tài khoản & dữ liệu: Trong Veanix App, bạn có thể chọn "Xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu". Toàn bộ thông tin cá nhân của bạn sẽ bị xóa vĩnh viễn khỏi hệ thống trong vòng 48 giờ.

08. Tuân Thủ Quy Định Apple App Store (Guideline 5.1.1)

Ứng dụng Veanix Companion trên iOS hoàn toàn tuân thủ các quy chuẩn nghiêm ngặt của Apple:

• Yêu cầu xin quyền truy cập Camera, Microphone, Bluetooth và Thông báo rõ ràng trước khi sử dụng.
• Chính sách bảo mật này được công khai, truy cập trực tiếp từ App Store Connect và bên trong ứng dụng.
• Cung cấp đầy đủ cơ chế xóa tài khoản (Account Deletion) theo yêu cầu bắt buộc của Apple.

• Camera Imagery (Sony 8MP Lens): Photos and videos captured by you remain stored exclusively on local glasses storage or are transferred to your smartphone via peer-to-peer (P2P) Wi-Fi. We never automatically upload your photos or videos to any public cloud servers.

Dual ENC noise-canceling microphones activate only upon explicit user touch or vocal activation. The device does not conduct passive background listening without explicit user interaction.

Veanix AI will never sell, rent, lease, or commercialize your personal information to any third-party advertisers or data brokers.

Information is shared solely on a need-to-know basis with:

Users maintain full sovereignty over their personal data at all times:

• Access & Export: You can review order history, paired device logs, and entertainment stats anytime within the Account Settings menu.
• Right to Erasure (Account Deletion): Inside the Veanix App, you can select "Delete Account and Data". All your personal records, credentials, and logs will be permanently and irreversibly purged from our production databases within 48 hours.

08. Apple App Store Compliance (Guideline 5.1.1)

The Veanix Companion iOS application strictly complies with all App Store Review Guidelines:

• Explicit runtime permission dialogs for Camera, Microphone, Bluetooth, and Push Notifications before access is initiated.
